HomeBodies is a low volume, high quality service and our appointments are scheduled in a way to ensure that we are able to provide the best service possible for our clients. Because the time allotted for every appointment is important, as a courtesy to all, we do not overbook.
Our appointment cancellation policy is necessary to maintain the high professional standards of our practice. Missed or cancelled appointment spaces may prevent us from scheduling our therapists to work with other clients and disrupt our efficiency.
Our policy is as follows:
Cancellation within 24 hours prior to your appointment...........No charge
Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment..........50% of appointment fee
Failure to be home or call to cancel your appointment...50% of appointment fee
Future appointments will not be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid.
You will receive a courtesy call to remind you of your visit 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, but it is your responsibility to know when your appointment is scheduled. If we are given less than 24 hours notice that you are unable to keep your appointment, we will not have sufficient time to notify your therapist or offer that time slot to another client. Thank you for understanding the
importance of keeping your appointment.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 832 377-0593. Messages will be documented according to its time stamp.
